Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or errors caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: November 5, 2025

Thank you for supporting We Are The People. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Contact us at info@wearethepeople.org before returning any item to receive a Return Authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we can exchange it for another if the desired item is in stock. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@wearethepeople.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and order number, and we’ll make it right.
